Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIME:
We aim to process your orders within 1-2 working days after placing the order. Once the order is shipped out, it will take between 2-10 working days to deliver the order to you based on the destination country. We will provide you with tracking information via the email used to place the order once the order has been shipped out. Timeframes mentioned below are just estimates provided by the shipping company they are not a definite timeline. Delays or early delivery may occur based on circumstances. CUSTOM DUTIES:
Please note that the customer is liable to pay any custom duties or charges at the destination country, based on the country's rules and regulations. Any failure to pay the charges to the local government resulting in non delivery of the product is not Etrange's responsibility and Etrange will not provide any refunds in such scenarios.
