Refund policy
Purchases are final. No refund can be processed after the order has been processed.
In certain circumstances, refunds may be provided. The final decision remains with Etrange London. Contact us at contact@shopetrange.com.
No returns will be accepted once the order has been shipped out.
If your return is accepted in exceptional circumstances, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer needs to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery at contact@shopetrange.com with the order ID, address, and photos/videos as evidence.
We will process a refund or replace the product based on availability. The final decision on processing a refund or providing a replacement stands with Etrange London solely.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@shopetrange.com.
Refusing delivery
In case the customer refuses delivery or the parcel is undeliverable by the courier company after multiple attempts, or the customer refuses to pay the relevant custom charges and the parcel is returned, no refunds will be provided and the customer will be liable to pay the order total. If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.
