1. Organizer
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is hosted and administered by Étrange London (“we,” “us,” “our”), a luxury fragrance brand.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Entrants must reside in countries we ship to.

  • Excluded Countries & Territories: We are unable to ship prizes to residents of the following:

     

    • Ascension Island

    • British Indian Ocean Territory

    • Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau SAR China, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, South Korea, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen

    • Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, U.S. Outlying Islands, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on [Start Date, July 11, 2025] and ends on [End Date, August 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT]. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:
a) Follow @etrange.london on TikTok and Instagram.
b) Like the giveaway post on TikTok.
c) Tag two (2) friends per comment on the giveaway TikTok post.

  • Each unique comment tagging two friends counts as one (1) entry.

  • Unlimited entries are permitted, provided each comment tags two different friends.

  • No purchase necessary.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:

      • One (1) bottle of “Whisk Me Away” Matcha Perfume worth £111 (full size). 

      • The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the giveaway closing date.

  • The winner will be contacted by direct message on TikTok or Instagram.

  • The winner must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance and provide a valid shipping address.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • The prize will be dispatched within 14 business days of the winner confirming their address.

  • Shipping is free of charge; however, the winner is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local regulations in their country.

  • Étrange London is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

  • In certain circumstances the winner may be asked to provide certain documents for shipping the product if asked by destination country at the time of shipping. If the winner does not comply, the winner shall be disqualified and a new winner is chosen. If the winner does not cooperate with customs to release a shipment where required, the winner is disqualified and no new winner is chosen.

8. Disqualification

  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:

    • Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

    • Contains offensive, inappropriate, or fraudulent content.

    • Uses automated or bulk entry methods.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • By entering, you consent to us collecting and using your contact information solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

  • Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Étrange London and its representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond our control.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok or Instagram.

  • By participating, you release TikTok and Instagram from any liability relating to this giveaway.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
